Welt Jugend Challenge – TJ Saně Smržovka
On 28.11.-1.12. young athletes of TJ Saně Smržovka took part in international competitions Welt Jugend Challenge in Igls, Austria. Although it was the first competitions on ice for us and for some of them it was even their first time on ice, they did very well. They raced alongside peers from the strongest sledging teams such as Austria, Germany and Latvia. Next on ice races await us at the Czech championships in Altenberg on 29.12. and if the weather forecast is correct we will be able to ice at least the starting simulator in Smržovka.
