At the end of January, during the pre-Olympic period, the Junior World Championships in luge were held in Altenberg (Germany), where Jakub Vepřovský, a native of Ústí nad Labem, represented us. It was his only junior race of the season, as he competed alongside Ondřej Hyman in the general class category throughout.
